Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high quality out of school time Club experiences proven to ensure our young people, especially those who need us most, are on track to graduate from high school with a plan, demonstrate good character and citizenship, and live a healthy lifestyle.
Our vision is a Pinellas County community where all youth have access to quality out of school time programs that enable them to become productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
Clubs are accessible and affordable for everyone. Boys & Girls Clubs makes no discrimination in membership or determination in enrollment based on ethnicity, gender, income, religion, creed, national origin, or any other protected group.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FOR TEENS
Along with programs designed specifically for teens (aged 13-18 years), Boys & Girls Clubs has made an investment in ensuring young adults are prepared after High School for college or careers. Junior Staff is a Workforce Development Program that equips teens with job readiness skills to prepare them for the future. Teens embark on a journey to explore vocations, make sound educational decisions, and find success in the world of work.
