Experienced Fortune 500 Compliance Director Brings a Unique Skillset to Pinellas County Communities



Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast is excited to welcome Nicole Burroughs to its Board of Directors.


Ms. Burroughs is currently a Director of Compliance at Raymond James Financial, Inc. with nearly 10 years-experience in change management and compliance for large-scale organizations.


She attended the University of Tampa, earning a Master of Business Administration and The University of South Florida, earning a Bachelor of Business Science.


A recognized industry leader and advisor, Burroughs has numerous high-level certifications including multiple securities representative licenses. Additionally, she is a Certified Associate in Project Management.


Ms. Burroughs’ well-versed and detailed resume boasts extensive proven skills of Coaching and Development, Compliance Oversite, Diversity and Inclusion, and Strategic planning. Her keen problem-solving skills and ability to create unique, timely solutions has helped her accel professionally among various teams.


Burroughs will join the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast and support more than 21,000 youth served in seven Clubs throughout Pinellas County. Her efforts will include providing fiduciary guidance, collaborating with leadership on fundraising and community efforts, and supporting the executive team through volunteer efforts.
